As soon as you place your order, you should receive an email
confirmation within a few minutes to the email address you placed your order with. If you did not receive an email, it’s possible it was entered incorrectly with your order, or that it is in your junk folder. Check your junk folder and add orders@after9.ca to your safe sender list. If you still can’t find your order confirmation, please email us at orders@after9.ca.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you haven’t received a tracking notification, please email us at orders@after9.ca.

Once an order is placed and procced, the standard delivery time
for an expedited parcel can range from 1 to 3 business days in Ontario or Quebec, and take as long as 10 days to go across Canada. If has been more than 10 business days and your package still hasn’t arrived, please email orders@after9.ca.

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit
card information, and billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If the issue persists, please contact your credit card company to ensure there are no holds placed on your card.

Returns

how do I start my return?

Please visit our returns portal to start your return and a returns label will be sent to you.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. While our preference is for the garment to be returned with tags on and unworn, we will make exceptions. Please email info@after9.ca with your situation and we would be happy to assist you.

After your return has been received, you should receive your refund within 10 business days. Please contact info@after9.ca with your order number if you have not.

Please follow the instructions in your package and log your return to send back your items.
